From the purchase of the building in January, 2015 and The Elephant’s opening in early 2016 – the general manager, executive chef, and the proprietors have worked to fuse talent, skills, experience and approaches into a group of individuals that appreciates and respects each other a lot. We operate from the opinion that a well-conditioned leadership team will better care for employees. As a result of employees enjoying and supporting one another, guests will experience service that surprises and delights.
